No he's just playing nice. The stock market likes that, as seen in the market rebound. He's shying away from extreme behavior, thus stabilizing the stock market. That's for the benefit of the American people. 

It's not his call. He needs congress to act. He will find out what it means to Govern. No majic wands in DC.

The have passed numerous health care plans that Obama vetoed. He'll be gone in a little bit and then we can get something done.

Donald may not sign. He has more in common with the liberals in New York. He actually stated it on the news tonight. He wants a better healthcare program as he stated on the news.

Repeal and Replace at the same time time or amend it.
