Suddenlink service is off in my area of Greentree Village near Mills Branch. Service has been sporadic for weeks. I wish customers were reimbursed for time they do not have service. We could use some efficient competitive service providers.
They won't refund until you have been out at least 24 straight hours. Even then they try to blame it on an issue in your house, not their signal. I'm not usually home a lot during the day, but was today and the off/on was frustrating.
