which one do you prefer? or do they work well together? I am making the leap after my direct tv contract expires.

I've never heard of them! I'll have to check them out, because I'm paying way too much!

Roku aren?t very good quality. Go with firetv or Apple TV

If you are going to use amazon to stream, the amazon fire is amazing. We cut cable over a year ago, and we don?t miss it. We have Netflix, amazon prime, and Hulu.

i ordered two Amazon firesticks with Alexa remote. I found it terribly simple to set the whole thing up, however the remote will not pair with the device. I have good enough internet with Suddenlink znc i have googled an tried every fix in the book.

Any ideas? Could it be it is because I still have direct tv? I am trying it out on a TV that is not hooked up to direct.

How did you set it up if the remote doesn?t work?

fuzz81 --- 56 days ago -

The remote comes pre paired

The remote comes pre paired

the instructions don't tell you that. Then what could it be? bad batteries?

and set up was the wrong phrase to use. Install would have been better.

never mind. my 12 year old grandson fixed the whole problem. It is beautiful.
