Found 6 kitties on my patio. they are a few weeks old, eyes open, etc. I have dogs and cannot have these on my patio - dogs are going crazy. someone please email and come get all 6 of them and find them homes.

Good luck finding them homes. I would love to help but I found a litter of pups I have been trying to place in addition to a pregnant kitty that found us and two other pups. A shelter would put them down so hopefully you can find them a home. Can you put up an ad on Craigslist with pictures? I bet they will go fast there.

I have an old play pen if you would like to have it to keep them in til you find them a place to go. Call VAP or Look on Petfinders there is rescues here in Kingwood. 

If I didn't already have 2 dogs, 3 ferrets and 4 cats i would take them... but my female cat is a holy brat. She hates anyone new :( let me also do some checking surely I can find you a number or website.

they're still there. I tried VAP but they said they're full. I will try wags to wishers today though. they can't get off my patio unless someone carries them off and no I can't take them inside, i'm already worried about getting a compliant from management because my dogs are pissed they are on my patio.

Free kittens always remind me of one of my college roommates. We were broke college students. He had a really big snake. Free kittens are plentiful.

They are very young. Is the mother cat friendly? If so, she really needs to go with the kittens so she can be spayed after she is done nursing otherwise........she will end up pregnant AGAIN!

Have you fed them anything? Are they able to drink and eat? 

I'm assuming she is nursing them. I just found them yesterday and they are healthy. 

LMN Feline is full. She said she would spread the word. She was very nice and helpful.

We are keeping him, when it came down to it, I couldn't let him go. My co-worker wanted my cat so I told her I would find a kitten for her instead. 

Reason why I want either the grey or orange kitten. 

I hate to pick them out separately was really trying to find a home for them all. You can have one i guess. Do we think they're old enough now to split out? I have no idea about cats.

You can tell the age of kittens five ways....
1. if the eyes are blue then they are under 5 weeks. ALL cats are born with blue eyes until they start to develope and change.
2. According to the Cornell Book of Cats, the centre incisors will begin to erupt from the gums between 2-3 weeks, outer incisors at 3-4 weeks, canines at 3-4 weeks upper molars at 8 weeks and lower molars at 4-5 weeks. These are basic guidelines for kittens that are cutting their first set of baby teeth. 

Those kittens need a couple more weeks with mom, they are probably around 4 weeks old. 

They are so tiny and would definitely benefit from saying with the mom for a little while longer but if you get desperate and need to get them out then I am still willing to take 2 or 3 to care for and find homes for. I can't take them all but if it keeps them out of a shelter and being euthanized then I'm happy to help w a few. ... Just let me know:)

I don't recommend anyone taking just one kitten though. They will, at the very least, need a litter mate to grow with for a few more weeks. ...just my 2 cents;).
