Just need a one time cleaning on an empty house--drawers, cabinets etc. 

I used Maid Brigade right before Christmas, and they did a good job. The girls were very nice, and their manager called to follow up the next day to see if I was happy. They also walk through the house with you when they are finished to see if you are happy and if they might have overlooked anything. 

I recommend you clean it yourself. 

A Beautiful Home. They are locally owned. I had them do a deep clean to get our home on the market and when we moved out. They will be very specific and will overlook NOTHING. They are awesome. This is the email estimate I just got from maid brigade. This is for monthly cleaning of a 3000 sqft home with 3.5 baths. Seems crazy high to me!

House cleaning is expensive (surprisingly so IMO) but I guess there is an "industry standard" and basically what the market will bear.

A beautiful Home is fansastic. They did a get ready for selling for me an final clean when we movedd. they were great both times.

Now they are doing the regular type maintenance cleaning every couple of weeks at new place.
