How long has it been living there? Is someone putting food out for it?

It's been there for weeks and yes, I have put food out for it, but I don't know if it is eating it or other critters. It also rummages through the trash cans on my street. I took a picture through the window...how do I post it?

Tywila's dog rescue is working on capturing it and finding a foster. It is very skiddish, will not go near people but is friendly to other dogs. 

Yes - it is being fed and given water also. Forgot to add that part. 

I'm glad someone is working on it. I'm sure the poor thing has been scared during these thunderstorms. :(

No. It's some kind of shepard. 

There is a flyer in Sand Creek for a lost Shepherd. I couldn't stop or I would have gotten the number. It would have been easy for the dog to cross Kingwood Dr. using the greenbelts.
It would be wonderful if the doggie made it back home! 

How sad. :( Hopefully someone gets it. If it is that skittish it might bite out of fear. Be careful. 

I remember seeing a flyer for a lost dog that had a collar and leash when it got loose. It was a few weeks ago and unfortunantly I don't remember where I saw it. I hope it is reunited with family soon!

There is a group going out tomorrow to try to catch this poor dog.

They are setting cages and ask that noone feed it tonight so that it will be hungary when they are out there.

It is extremely afraid of people and very fast so they are having a hard time getting it.

I don't know. I just hope this baby is hungry enough tomorrow that they catch him. They said he plays nice with the other dogs but as soon as a human gets close it takes off. Poor thing must be petrified. 

They got here. They are calling her River and Twyla's friends is taking care of her. If anyone wants to foster they are looking for someone to take her in.
