Is this your home? If so, I have some suggestions for you - lovely curb appeal. Very clean and well maintained. The first "turn off" for me was the first interior photo which appears to have the TV set up in the window. It may work for your family, but natural light is key. Anywhere you can, clear the areas around windows and of course make sure the windows are clean. If you have to rearrange furniture, do it - I promise it will make a difference. Good luck!

I agree but wouldn't blame the homeowner, the realtor dropped the ball on that one.

Houses are flying off the market. You won't have any problem I'm sure. 

I agree, the pictures are awful. Its a typical starter house. Would make nice rental property. 

Very nice. Looks clean and well maintained. I agree about the natural lighting in the pictures, hopefully when it is shown the blinds are open and it lets the light show off the features of your home.

But I would guess there are a lot of first time homebuyers that would love this home with your updates and predict it will not be on the market long. There isn't a lot out there at that price in nice neighborhoods.
