Okay so some of you probably know what house I'm talking about. The one that has the 4' high weeds, unkept yard, junkie van parked there etc... Never any lights on, never see come or go. The police were there again 2 weeks ago. Yard is now cut - all other vehicles are gone..any clues?

Someone did. Then it will go another 3 months are do and grow back up. It is a true disgrace to the neighborhood. I would hate to see the inside of the house.

When your ready to sell your house make sure it at that time has freshly cut grass, until then it doesn't help or hurt your neighborhood. 

Ah yes it does. Everyone keeps up their yards nicely except this place. It's a d#%* eye soar. And I can assure you many of us have complained to no avail. It's common courtesy/respect to your neighbors and your neighborhood to maintain your property.

I'm less worried about how it looks and more worried about snakes. There are so many snakes in Kingwood plus Forest Cove has all that water. No way.
