Sorry guys, I removed it because this company creeped me out and I don't want any further retaliation by them. 

Retaliation? WTH? 

They are not who they say they are. Lots of red flags. Warranty company is fully aware now. Really look at who comes to your homes through these warranty companies. Don't give them the combo to your gate...Yep, I will live and learn!

It is not slander or libel as long as what you say is true. 

This sounds worse than using red mulch around the pool....just sayin

More importantly find out what your warranty company does to verify who works for them. Most warranty companies are as bad to thier service people as they are to thier customers. We only work for Fidelity national Home Warranty - and they are more expensive, but I have to maintain pictures of field personell in uniform, send them my Certificate of Insurance, and I had to provide pictures of the labeled vans.

Second thing I would say to them is go ahead and sue me, then I would post my complain on Google, Angie's List, Yelp, BBB, and any other place I could post it. 

Warranty cos not all good for sure... 

We did not pick the company, the sellers did, but we did pay the 2nd year. We will not renew. I will put that money into an account and let it build. This house is 8 years old...I don't think every thing will fall apart. Plus, we do a lot of our own repairs. The hubs is a jack of all trades :)
