Does any one know if they have fixed the self check out machine at the Kingwood post office

FANCY PANTS --- 7 years ago -

I do not know if they have fixed it yet, but they are very slow to fix anything at the Kingwood post office.

CC2011 --- 7 years ago -

Agreed! I believe is a prerequisite to be hired by them! Is horrible!

TinktheSprite --- 7 years ago -

I used the machine a few weeks ago after hours without problems. Then when I went to toss the box down the chute it wouldn't open! I went to Humble PO to drop it off. sigh

It was down Wed evening and still down last night

What is their problem with that drop box? Have they still not fixed it? It's been broken forever!!!

They're very slow at everything over there. Not just fixing things.

FANCY PANTS --- 7 years ago -

LOL! It is frustrating!

It is working. I used it around noon.

This is the worst post office. The one at the airport used to be good, but not anymore.

I actually had a good experience at the Kingwood office a couple of weeks ago. They have a very friendly clerk who actually smiles at people.

Gigix4 --- 7 years ago -

I've given up on the Kingwood post office and use the Postal Annex in the strip center on North Park - nice people.

USPS service is bad all the way around. I do know my regular carrier is doing her very best, and it shows. It seems a lot of my packages arrive via Dallas. The time it takes for packages to get to Kingwood from as close as Dallas is sad, about 3 days. If the whole system is messed up how can the local offices do any better?
