Wouldn't it be the same as playing a piano? Call around to the music schools and see if there's a difference and who they can recommend. 

What kind is it? Age?

The keyboards are laid out the same as a piano, but playing one differs from a piano especially within the bass clef.

Single or double keyboard... I play and it is similar to a piano but the second keyboard is used for chords but of course it depends on what type of music you are playing.

That's who comes to mind immediately when thinking of the organ. 

Had a book about pianos when I was a kid, but not sure what happened to it.
