I have reserved a block of rooms for my June wedding at the La Quinta in Kingwood for my guests, however I am starting to have problems with them, has anybody had a good or bad experience with them that I should note? 

We've had friends and family stay there when visiting and it was always a good experience for them.

At least that's what they told me. 

I wouldnt' reserve a room there if you paid me. They can't even properly deal with those friggin fugly palm trees for years, how they going to handle customers??? 

I think we will keep the block but have a backup block somewhere else...I agree about the palm trees, why in the world are they falling over??

Geesh! There is nothing wrong with the palm trees!! They are not falling over,they were planted that way and meant to look like wind blown palm trees on a tropical island. I've seen this done other places. 

I like those palms. Artistic! 

I can't think of the HIE without visions of grossity because of a thread from the past... I will take it to the grave...

I don't want to rain on your parade but I know of some rather large people that will occaisionally rent out these type of rooms just for the hottubs........

Since they have issues fitting in other tubs, these become a place they can bathe rather intimate areas of their body.

I know one person that uses the pool at the Y for the same thing.
