If any of you have a young female probably between the age of 17 and 20 that was just near the Rock Springs street area, you need to talk to her about driving responsible! She just ran the stop sign and almost hit me...I honked at her and she smiles and flips me off!!! Had this been my teenage driver, her driving privileges would be taken away. She is a attractive young girl on the outside with at least shoulder length dark brown hair. Obviously the inside of her isn't so attractive! Happened about 3;45pm 

I sure hope her parents see this and act responsibly. The parents will most likely think their little darling could never do such a thing.

I almost got hit by an old man doing exactly the same thing yesterday (including flipping me off)... seriously!
I came to a stop at the 4-way stop, saw the other car approaching the stop-sign, I started to go but realized he was going to fast to stop. I honked as he was blowing through the stop-sign and he turned and flipped me off...
I was mad and laughing at the same time.
But yes... we all need to be more careful and thoughtful on the road.
