I have been to this store 4 times lately and store hours are posted to open at 11- last time I went , 4 different customers walked off at 11:30 after waiting 3o min,,,today I was there at 11:40, not open,,,walked back at 1 and they said they would reopen at 1:15! What??? Must not need the business! So much for local shopping,,,, 

Next time call first.

A lot of those mom and pop stores just come and go as they please. You shouldn't have to call everyday to find out if someone got their butt out of bed to open their store. It's their lose and apparently they don't care to make money to keep the shop open. 

As the owner of Youniquely Yours I received your note you left on my front door. Actually you posted it right next to the notice that clearly stated "will return at 1:15"....I then noticed you and your friend walked into Chachis where my Husband and I were having lunch. We left at 12:30 and returned at exactly 1:13. Not sure why you felt it nessacery to leave a note on my front door as well as post it on Kingwood underground? I can only hope there was something that you were very interested in seeing? At any rate, I truly apologize as it seemed to upset you that you felt you had to take it to this extreme. I hope you do come back and allow me to make it up to you. As an fyi when I seldom leave to eat lunch, I always ensure it is within a 30 minute window ONLY! We are proud to say we have been in business for three years now and plan on being there for at least the next 5 years. 

Popcorn time 

Your sign says you are open at 11:00am and customers are waiting till 11:30am and you still are not there. Are we expected to wait for you? What time do you open? Set your hours and abide by those hours to prevent anymore confusion. Plus you just said in your comment you only have a 30min lunch, but you also just said you left at 12:30 and placed a note saying you would be back at 1:15pm. Doing the math, that's a 45min lunch.

Maybe they closed the store when they saw you coming by? " Omg like who would like totally blast something like that like uh I have a right to shop when I want and you do not deserve a lunch break because I am a professional consumer in kingwood and if you don't want my business then like nobody should shop with you ugh I'm so disgusted I could not buy something when I wanted ugh everyone please take note" 

It's that we expect businesses to be open when they say. Or just open, period. We all lead busy lives just as busy as an independent business owner. No one has time to come back. Like I don't have time to shop stores that are known to be frequently out of stock on items. I would depend on stores to be open when they say they will or have second thoughts about going there at all.

I love your cute boutique! I dont like seeing crap like this bashing our small businesses here in our community. Some people like slinging poo at good people and I hate that you were the target. Maybe I can make you a sign that reads " EAT BEFORE SHOPPING OR YOU'LL END UP BEING A CRANKY PANTS"

Just FYI,,,,,sorry if this hit a nerve,,,this isn't a one time deal,,,this is all the time,,,,and what aggravated me is that you weren't open at 11 , opened late and then left for lunch,,,,,I don't know of any business here that does that on a regular basis,,,,I just thought the owner should be aware that she is losing business by doing this,,,,,if you can't open by 11, change the hours and post it,,,simple as that
