I wanted to start this discussion to help anyone looking for a good realtor. I found our realtor on this site and she deserves to be added. Her name is Kim Fazzino with ReMax. She is very knowledgeable and works hard to get your home sold. She was very friendly. If you have any other suggestions don't hesitate to add them for anyone moving into kingwood or selling their home. This really did help us in finding the right person. Good luck.

Karen Fitzgerald with Keller Williams - I've used 3 realtors in Kingwood and she was by far the best. She caught every minute change to a contract with Freddie Mac and was there start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, stays at your home for the "tour" that every agent goes on each week (one realtor didn't even make sure the front door was locked after the tour!), one realtor I had "forgot" when the home inspection was, didn't have enough handouts available, was late for closing, and the list goes on! One realtor promised that all items on the inspection would be taken care of only to find out they weren't and she wasn't planning on doing anything! Karen has proven to be the most dedicated to the client - not the paycheck - and that's what I want - someone working for me!

I recently worked with Kim Fazzino (ReMax) in selling a 4BR house in Kingwood. To say the least, she is an excellent realtor with a wealth of knowledge and an amazing spirit. Besides being smart, effective and down-right savvy, she is very caring, and extremely patient. I had been trying to sell this property for over 5 months and after employing her services, I got my first offer in less than a month. She staged the house perfectly, recommended providers for maintenance, and even helped with weekly pool upkeep. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a house in Kingwood & in fact all of Houston.
