Be careful if you are out driving in Humble or Kingwood. The San Jacinto River is way out of its banks and rising. Costco is on an island, hotels stranded, and Hamblen Road under 10 feet or so of water.

A friend just said the restaurants in Kings Harbor are taking on water and the apartments across from KHS are experiencing flooding as well.
