If it was a baby tooth that had never fallen out; yes, it's normal. If it's a permanent tooth that fell out with no explanation; no, that's not normal.

Either way, get to the dentist ASAP.

I know a girl who had two sets of baby teeth. They knew this was happening because she had seen the dentist regularly. It is unusual. Take him to the dentist, he could have some other problem.

What's the difference? 

It could have been a baby tooth if they didn't have a permanent tooth coming in behind it. They need to see a dentist and have some x-rays done. 

My 13yo is still losing baby teeth. Dentist says everyone is different and it's normal. 

Go to a dentist for goodness sake!!!! That is a very visible tooth.
