This past Saturday was a "special" birthday for my lovely wife.

And if you know anything about us, we do not complain about a merchant, especially if they try to treat us fairly.

Saturday, in the afternoon, she received a large vase of cut flowers (obviously an expensive arrangement).

Well, by yesterday PM they were badly wilted. The leaves had already dropped.

The water STUNK when we received them originally. We followed the instructions perfectly, to no avail...

Well, we called about 1 hour ago, to get a replacement, since they were obviously "old" when they arrived.

The lady, not only accused us of not following the instructions, she then hung up on my wife. When I called and asked for the owner, she said she is the owner and that nothing would be done, and HUNG UP AGAIN!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS RUDE "MERCHANT" AND I USE THAT TERM LOOSELY!!!!!

They have at least 4 terrible reviews - too bad my son didn't check in advance. I am also posting this warning wherever I can, if it helps the next person.

Since February 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.
According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Creations From the Heart has been accepting payment and providing poor customer service and product. The consumers have alleged that they have ordered and paid for floral arrangements that are not delivered in a timely manner and are of poor quality. The consumer are also alleging that they when they reach the business by phone they are treated rudely and are refused the money back guarantee. The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.

I always check YELP. Guess I have to recommend others do the same...lol 

Don't use Kingwood Florist either. I sent a Thanksgiving Centerpiece to my hostess in Forest Cove and they claimed they couldn't find the home and they looked for 3 days. (Numbers are clearly visible on the house on a main street in FC, has been for 30 years) Instead of a refund they offered to send a Christmas centerpiece on Nov. 29th?! I got my refund. 

I had a bad experience with Kingwood Florist. I ordered an arrangement for qa very special occasion. I paid $125.00 and it was horrible. I was so disappointed and embarassed to give it to the person it was intended for. I have never forgotten, not have I ever used their services again. 

stay away from the edible snickers arrangements at the grocery. I bought one from my wife and it died in one day.
