Looking for recommendations on electricians. Need a certified electrician, not someone who is a contractor that just happens to do electrical work.

I use Pro-Tech. A little more expensive, but have never had a problem. 

Whoever you hire or get estimates from, INSIST on ID with picture and DL number before they come to your home. If they refuse, move on to someone legitimate. The scammers are thick, unfortunately.
