Does anyone know if Metro recycle drop is open after flood? 

On weekends. Beware of the large City of San Antonio Sanitation trucks. That is their meet up point. But the bins are there. 

Don't forget local schools have paper drop off and some have mixed metal and plastic recycling bins, too. The schools earn money from your recycle drop off. 

The schools no longer receive money for recycling. The paper retriever dropped that years ago. 

Just wanted to mention most pack and ship places, like Post-Net, Postal Annex (Both now open) etc will take all that packing material that you get, bubble wrap, air puffs, packing popcorn etc.. and reuse it.
