I admire how she makes note of how not everyone doesn't have the access to health care as she does. She recognizes her good fortune. 

Not to be too cold on this, but many women including my wife has or had breast cancer. Being a so called celebrity doesn't exempt anyone from have illness. I hope she recovers but I also hope all the other people who have breast cancer are cured. 

I don't are how much money you have, or how much fame- that diagnosis would terrify anyone- why are you so hateful?
