Does anyone know why the right lines on Woodland Hills turning onto Kingwood Drive are turn only? Traffic going straight on WH across KWD seems to be getting worse & worse and those turn only lanes are practically always empty.

those turn only lanes are practically always empty.

Not usually ... it's amazing how many drivers will be in the right hand lane with no intention at all to turn right, instead they go straight, holding up the drivers that actually want to turn right - as the sign indicates. JMHO

Past that it splits into one lane each way basically right away, though the land is set for two lanes each way. Still waiting on that Woodland Hills bridge to cross the San Jacinto. It was dotted in on maps 25+ years ago.

Isn;t that the beginning of the Yellow Brick Road???

I like that right turn lane. I use it often. And yes, sometimes there are 3-4 cars in line waiting to turn. Hardly ever just empty when I use it. But yes, that intersection needs to be widened on both the north and south sides to allow for more cars especially the left turn lane which seems always to have long lines.!
