Just leave the faucets open a little. The pipes probably froze somewhere and by opening the faucets some, will give the water a place to start running some when they start to thaw. Good luck ... it sounds like an outside pipe may have frozen off. Might try a blow dryer at the main valve coming into the house, but what do I know. That's the route I would take. I have wrapped all my outside pipes where they come into the house and all outside faucets, and let EVERY faucet drip last night and so far, so good. Fingers crossed.
Now experienced "brown water" coming out of the faucets. It looked like weak coffee. I opened all the indoor faucets run for about 25-30 minutes and they are now clear. Then flushed all the toilets a couple of times. I'm not that far from Kings Manor where, apparently, CoH was working on some water lines.
