Anyone have a crank emergency radio? What do you think of it? I am getting something whether it's a battery operated one or many be a crank. They have solar powered ones too. But some of the reviews for those cranking ones were almost funny: "directions say you need to crank for 15 hours to fully power that thing, yeah, NOPE!".
LOL, leaning toward just buying lots of batteries! But having a radio that doesn't need electricity is a must now. Centerpoint has their hands full when our power goes out. Besides Cheetos, getting batteries and flashlights ready!
After reading Amazon reviews on the crank, I bought a battery operated am/fm radio clock. I can use it for white noise too so I can sleep if there's no power lol. I can have music and hear the news at least..
