I have seen this family all around town panhandling with their small kids. First time I saw them was at Christmas in Humble. I witnessed as the family stood in a median with their 2 year old and infant begging for money. In a 15 minute span I was saw several people give them money, groceries and bought them meals from Chickfila.I saw a man drive up in a red van and load the groceries up and drive off. A few minutes later I saw him with his family in the Sam's parking panhandling. I saw the same family last week in the Kingwood Walmart back enterance. This time nearly walking out infront of cars begging. I called Walmart management to report it. The Manager told me they are there several times a week and run them off only to return the next day. Today I got an email about the panhandlers being spotted all over Houstons. Galveston, Baytown, Katy, Cypress, Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, Porter, Conroe, Tomball and all the way to Dayton.The same families with their kids. It's a shame that they have to involve the kids in all of this. Just wondering if anyone else has seen them and what can be done about them using their kids to get money? 

I have wondered about this myself. I, too, see them all over the place! If the grown people insist on doing it, it's one thing, but it isn't right having the children there too! I hate that!!! I wonder if you took pictures if some sort of authority could do anything about them???
It is just so sad for the kids! What a pitiful way for them to spend their days!

Im sure it has been reported. it doesn't do much good. they move around. they switch up the kids they are using and partner with different adults to pose as man and wife. but I do think the kids are used, abused and in an unhealthy environment and of course are being taught the family business. many of these people are very well off according to articles I have read.

this is why we find them right outside of the private properties. Because the stores or shops are more likely to turn them in to authorities... but on the public streets the cops will do little about it but maybe ticket them. And seeing as they are gypsies they wont be around to pay the fines.. no home no way to arrest them. 

There's a post on FB showing a pic along with a[ report on all the locations they have been observed at. Includes Magnolia,Tomball,Conroe,Houston,Porter and many many more. People who had seen them were posting all the locations as well as their experience with giving them food, handing them applications,etc. 

Hate to shock you, but the truth is they probably rent the kids, just for begging.

My husband recently gave his business card to a panhandler that was with a woman and child. Told him to call him about applying for a job. (He had a cell phone on him). He was very polite and thanked him but he never called him.

Lowest of the low to use kids. It astounds me people give them a dime. I can't believe people don't know any better by now. 

Oh yes, I have seen them too and don't even make eye contact. It is sad and I really want to stop and tell the woman to get her toddler out of traffic! What kind of "mother" does that?

But I am sure as others have said, they are gypsies and it is a way of life for them...but if people who work for a living stop giving them handouts they will have to get a job! 

I hope one of y'all will call CPS the next time you see them.

What if something happens to those kids? It can be prevented. 

We've all seen them everywhere! I guess the best thing to do is get the word out to the scam and tell everyone to stop supporting them.
