POLL: Texans vs Giants

I think Eli is due for his annual bounceback game. The Texans are traveling on a wicked (for them) 2 weeks where they go west coast then east coast for games plus they are over confident by beating two subpar teams. My guess: Texans 16 Giants 24 (with a couple of Cruz dance moves thrown in)

Texans Vote

Go GIANTS!!! I finally agree with Perfection on something, all the way down to the desperate need to see a salsa from my boy Cruz!!

Woo hooo

I knew it could happen!!!!

jacobson --- 10 years ago -

LOL, when did you become God? How would you know that they're overconfident?

Perfection --- 10 years ago -

How would you know that they're overconfident?

How would you know they aren't?

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

I can't bring myself to vote against the Texans, but Perfection is eerily right on most games-

SoupIsGoodFood --- 10 years ago -

Texans 24
Giants 21

I think the Texans defense is the difference in this one.

Yeah hard to go against our D, but our linebackers are weak and other than our secondary outside of Swearingen

jacobson --- 10 years ago -

How would you know they aren't??

I didn't make a definitive statement either way. Your question didn't work as you planned.

Perfection --- 10 years ago -

. Your question didn't work as you planned.

How do you know that?

jacobson --- 10 years ago -

How do you know that??

I've seen your M.O.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

the only person on KU who would pick a fight over something like this- and you want to talk about an M.O.? Hilarious!

jacobson --- 10 years ago -

Where is the fight? Are you trying to start one?

Dorothy Parker --- 10 years ago -

Attempting to make THIS thread into a religious debate???

Wow.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

pretty amazing, huh..

Don't know what thread you're reading, but it apparently wasn't this one.

Warren Peace --- 10 years ago -

Texans should win. The Giants look pretty terrible this year. Eli's passer rating is among the worst in the league. There are only 32 teams and he's ranked number 32. No one else has thrown more interceptions than him after only two games. His connection with Cruz is even worse. Even though Manning is completing 61% of his passes, when he targets Cruz he only completes about 44% of them. Manning will spend the game under extreme duress.

Texans 27
Giants 17

At least this is what God told me

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

I'm really hoping you're right!! you must be, if God told you-

jacobson --- 10 years ago -

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

Perfection --- 10 years ago -

I've seen your M.O.

Really? Where did you see me?

Perfection --- 10 years ago -

wow, 5 homers for the Texans?

I hope they win but logically I can't see it happening.

I do think the Denver/Seattle game will be an awesome one to watch this weekend

jacobson --- 10 years ago -

Really? Where did you see me?

LOL, did you really type that?

Oregonian --- 10 years ago -

Better to delete than get iced for mentioning an individual.

stevemdx --- 10 years ago -

Texans will win!

SoupIsGoodFood --- 10 years ago -

Foster out.......... not surprising. If he misses more than 3 games this year, they need to think about a life without Foster next year.

Gotta revise my prediction.

Texans 19
Giants 17

Defense has to show up big time for this one. Fitz is going to be forced into a throwing game now. Red zone offense for Texans won't exist.

Perfection --- 10 years ago -

So how will Foster being out lower the Giants score?

SoupIsGoodFood --- 10 years ago -

Defense will have to show up extra for this one now. They're going to have to make up for the loss of the Texans running game.

mutton --- 10 years ago -

Not looking too great right now darn it!

cooterbooter --- 10 years ago -

Went for it on 4th at the 44 down got stuffed. Fundamentals

Ellen Ripley --- 10 years ago -

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

I warned everyone...don't bet against Perfection on a sports score- ever...:(

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

Perfection- dam your eyes! LOL!

KWAthlete --- 10 years ago -

Texans look horrible

Perfection --- 10 years ago -

We better get busy to get those 16 points, need some field goals boys

Perfection --- 10 years ago -

I did get the 2 Cruz dance moves in. One on the 61 yard reception and 1 on the touchdown.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

I know- it's uncanny- wanna take a trip to Vegas?

cooterbooter --- 10 years ago -

Fitz cant throw he had his guy and threw way high got picked..

Deja vu win 2 lose 12x's

Eclipse --- 10 years ago -

Well, this didn't go too well for the Texans.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 10 years ago -

I think he's a really good QB- he scares me, though, when he throws to a receiver who's double covered- he has a great arm, and he's accurate, but it's really easy for an interception to occur-
