I've had 6 surgeries. 5 on my back including a spinal fusion and a bypass surgery.

Interested in your five back surgeries. Did they improve your quality of life?

The spinal fusion helped, yes. Best thing I ever did. The other 4, no. I had a BAD surgeon and now; after laying for an hour and 20 min, contrast and non- contrast MRI, I am about to my 6th back surgery. A prior screw up from a Surgeon who put in and took out a neuro stimulator, did not sew muscles back together, my fusion surgeon is opening me back up to fix and sew muscles together to correct the problem. 

had an open discectomy about 10 years ago. No ill effects and fully functional with no pain. 

Where are you having your back surgeries performed? 

Removal of Morton's Neuroma, Reattachment of calf tendon to foot and removal of accessory bone, C-Section, Carpal Tunnel repair. I don't plan on being cut open anytime soon.
