I did a search but couldn't find a recommendation for an Ophthalmologist in the Kingwood area. I think I have symptoms of a detached retina and would prefer to have a local doctor.

A detached retina is an emergency. 

Dr. Glenn Ellisor. He founded Vision Source. My sister is 45 and was visiting his office on the Southwest Freeway in the early 80's. I started seeing him for contacts in 1995. 

I have had 3 detached retinas.

It IS an emergency.

Brent McQueen is a member of my church. I know him. See him. 

Brent McQueen is awesome! Can't say enough good about him and his skills. He did surgery on my eye and I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with his work.
