Just wanted to browse listing, but the website is "closed" on Sunday........

Do they really have to "close" the website?

For some reason KYS closes on Sunday. I think it has to do with the values of the people that run KYS. I have noticed that it differs from city to city. Other yard sales are open on Sundays. 

But THEY close the website!

What if I'm in Australia? It's not closed on MY Sunday over there!

Fine don't do any work on it, don't allow people to post, but close the site so no one has access.

IT'S their site and they can do with it what they want, but seems silly....

Sunday is NOT the sabbath. Constantine changed the sabbath day to Sunday to integrate the Sun Worshipers into the church. His "Sunday Laws" allowed killing those worshiping on the true sabbath. Just another example of the traditions of man trumping the commandments from God. Notice God carved in stone (2 times) to "remember" as in everyone since Adam knew when the sabbath occurred - except you Constantine Fundies. What day is the sabbath according to GOD?

You can’t buy liquor on Sundays and car dealerships can only be open one day over a weekend. And even beer can't be purchased till after noon. Surprised this hasn't been challenged more (perhaps it has).

Though I know the KYS is not based on the law. Assume it's the choice of the owners.

Nonsense or beyond sense? Religion is man-made, more specifically male-made. You can't come to communion if you are on the period. That's why they don't want women doing the service at mass. All throughout the bible Women are unclean vessels that should be naturally subordinate to men. Jewish prayer begins by thanking God for not making you a female (they threw that out 75 years ago...) Religion is a male racquet.

The owners of KYS and this site and several others, are Mormon therefore they close on Sundays, so I was told. 

So why doesn't this site close on Sundays too? 

I can remember when everything was closed on Sunday. The only place that was open were restarunts. It was family day whether or not you went to church. It was a day when everything went slow. It was a break in the week and you had time to think about what was important. It was a time for families to be families. I feel that it was so much better to have this "stop" in the week. I think that the decline of the family and of our morals started when everyday became the same. I think that we should go back to it. I applude the companys that close on Sundays.

So why did God torment Job - 4kicks? "Believe in me and you will live in paradise." Why - so we can look down on he11 and enjoy tormenting the dammned and increasing their suffering? For the rest of eternity we can look forward to torturing the souls that didn't make the cut - that's the plan?
