Phoenix fire official sues city over genitalia-shaped pasta(which genitalia is not mentioned, use your imagination)

A Phoenix fire deputy has sued the city for sexual harassment after he says he was demoted for complaining about a prank involving genitalia-shaped pasta.

Deputy Chief Frank Cheatham alleges in the lawsuit served against the city this week that the fire department has a pattern of retaliating against employees who complain of workplace discrimination.

Cheatham alleges that he first complained of sexually offensive conduct in 2009 after someone openly displayed drawings of genitalia at a city fire station.

Cheatham was then told not to eat with the other firefighters. He soon was sent interoffice mail containing two small pieces of pasta resembling genitalia. Cheatham says someone wrote his name on the pasta.

Cheatham says he was demoted in 2010.

Well, I've never denied being a party girl. My girlfriends and I enjoy getting together and throwing back a few cold beers (my fancy friends prefer wine - to which I say EW!)

Anyway, here's what you do. Here is what WE do! ;)

ALWAYS make your penis cupcakes out of red velvet. Then you ice them with either chocolate or vanilla frosting. On the jumblies, sprinkle either chocolate sprinkles or coconut, and do not forget to fill with cream.

It's more entertaining if you can consume in one bite, but 2-3 bites is also acceptable. 

But to answer your question, there is no inappropriate time for a penis shaped cupcake.
