If protestors are on a freeway (throwing rocks at cars) and one gets ran over and killed, can the driver be charged or is it justified?

Question. It's a stupid one at that

DatBoyHooD --- 8 years ago -

So you think it's ok for people to protest on freeways throwing rocks at moving vehicles on a freeway

Judas --- 8 years ago -

I said that where, Girlfriend?

Prolix Raconteur --- 8 years ago -

As long as they're white, conservative males from the south being assaulted with rocks, he's totally cool with it.

DatBoyHooD --- 8 years ago -

Of course he is, with these protestors being idioits and putting innocent people in danger someone will eventually do this and I'm curious as to how the law interprets the action

sheddy --- 8 years ago -

The Black Lives Matter crowd has blocked highways in several cities. I don't think they have thrown anything, but they should be arrested.

DatBoyHooD --- 8 years ago -

Sheddy in Charlotte they were throwing rocks at windshields of people driving down the freeway Huffpo

I guess it would depend if they were swarming your car or not. I'd advise people to stay away but the cars that were their caught up in the mess of it, and they swarm your car and try getting you, run them over. It's better the be judged by twelve than carried by six.

Now that you're out of commission here on KU for a few days, you be one of them? Using your vee-hic-kule as a weapon.
