FEMA is hiring for the Kingwood area and pays pretty well. I don't know how long term it is. But sometimes you can parlay yourself into something else permanent if you make an impression.
Kroger on North park is really needing people and there is a sign up area in front of the check stands inside the store. 

Got a car and a clean driving record go deliver pizzaa. I averaged $17 an hour doing that a decade ago. 

Holiday Inn is short staffed and looking for new employees. 59 Southbound Feeder Rd past the KW Hospital. 

I was at the WLHP & NP Kroger earlier and they're advertising for help, too.
