Problem is, it might be wrong. I'm of the mind that people are vastly different emotionally and physically. I even belive the physical/emotional dynamic between partners is even different and not the same with each partner they have.
IOW, a UGE factor is HOW people play off each other. Most women want intimacy emotionally before anything else. Always with everyone? No. But Generally. Just like most men don't need or probably want that most of the time if sex is readily available.
I also have my doubts about all the "evolutionary" caveman stuff being so alive and well NOW. We live in different times and have Had a zillion years of reconditioning. I mean i don't believe men are driven to spread their seed now, lol.
Men are in societal turmoil right now. Women don't need them or need them to understand them and they don't know how to act because they can't fix it. Plus a bunch of men are Baby Boomers going through or have gone through The Change and don't know how to handle it.

As long as your divorce attorney makes sure the man you "don't need" gives you 2/3's of his salary, You don't need him. If women truly didn't need men, why all the alimony?
Hey, Sharty- it cost me, every time-I didn't even get child support, and I'm not the only woman this applied to- I have friends whose husbands even took their inheritance, because the women were that nice-get over it.
"Alimony in Most States The majority of states prohibit permanent alimony. Temporary alimony is the most common type of alimony statute, meaning that most states make it available to divorcing spouses. Many states limit an award of temporary alimony either by duration or amount. However, it is rehabilitative alimony that is the most frequent type of alimony awarded to a spouse. Rehabilitative alimony awards are favored by courts because they are intended to make the receiving spouse self-sufficient. Rehabilitative alimony is usually offered regardless of the number of years of marriage or fault in the divorce.
Alimony in Community Property States Many community property states do not allow permanent or temporary alimony. Community property laws state that all assets and debts acquired during the marriage are owned equally by both spouses. The lack of alimony derives from the fact that after the divorce, both spouses are in the same financial situation, and neither has more or less asset to support the other. Community property states include New Mexico, Texas, Washington and Idaho. Rehabilitative alimony is typically available, but rarely awarded, in community property states. If awarded, the duration of alimony payments is usually quite short and the amount rather small."
I'm watching old All In The Family shows. Lol, that show was hysterical.
Scene: Archie and two friends sitting in a bar consoling one of the men bc he's sad his wife left him. "What's wrong Jim?? " Margie left me!" "Oh no, that's terrible". " I know, I miss her, it's killing me" "What happened??" "I don't know, I don't talk to her much"

You're one in about 100,000. Same with child custody. It favors women %99 of the time. It's not even debatable.
