No one said women never do it. But there's a POWER dynamic that is at the root. And for the most part, men are in higher positions over women in life. People who do this seem to target underlings.

And, women are not the "evolutionary" sexual aggressors that is in the male DNA. Check rape stats on that one. Power and aggression.
