As far as I know this is the first in our area. Food banks have been going on in other areas for weeks around NASA and Pearland. One food bank delivers because some cannot afford gas. They have 300 families signed up for delivery of 1 week's wort of foods.
Says WHO? I don't think we have any right ( or logical common sense,) to criticize someone who has gone to the trouble to organize an event and make something happen that provides food and essentials to people in this situation.
Is it better to do nothing? It's completely absurd to criticize someone who is helping.
