16 year old stabbed at Ace Hardware... Police need help! 

There's way more to that story that the kids aren't telling...*removed*. I find it hard to believe they are totally innocent and this was just some random act. Pure BS. 

I just read the story. I cant believe that somebody just walked up to him and did that for no reason. There is more to this.

We all WANT there to be more to the story, or else the random attacks are real. If the victim was a drug pusher or something, then we feel safer, because we don't hang with that crowd.

But if it is random, then ANY of us, or our children, could be next. And that is a VERY uncomfortable feeling, so most don't even want to contemplate it.

While random attacks can happen, this sounds like he was targeted for a reason, IMO.

Weren't kids, they were over 21. The truck they were driving was from south houston NOT here. So you need to figure out what the heck you are listening to.

My son was at a friends house in Kings Point. Left his house and coming home. Passed a slow moving truck on West Lake houston, that truck sped pass them and blocked the road and ran up to our car and started the fight thru the open window. One guy had his arm rolled up in the window and possibe alot of harm to that arm. Plus a kick to the face

So if you know who did this and yu are hiding the facts you need to come forth. I can have the police contact you to get the information. Those felons need to be caught!

AK, some people get their thrills by trying to hurt others. The really sad and wimpy ones do that to strangers on a message board where they cannot be held accountable for their stupidity. The best course of action is to ignore them, responding only gives them the attention and validation they so desperately seek. That way they will be forced to focus on their failures in life and hopefully find solutions to their real life problems instead of projecting their feelings of negativity and self loathing onto someone posting on a message board!

Random attacks do happen but most are not unless there is robbery or another motive. I don't believe this story is random.

Is this Aspaugh's? I have to assume so since it is the only Ace in Kingwood that I am aware of.

At 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday that place is packed. You can hardly find a parking place. Not exactly a place where I would expect a gang member to hang out or a random thrill attack to take place.

I think it is a big stretch to think that a 16 year old male was targeted out of the blue by other teenagers of the same demographic. It just doesn't make sense.

I think there is much more to the story. Maybe it was road rage or a drug deal gone bad, or someone got cut off or a revenge fight from something happened earlier.

I am not blaming the victim, he may honestly not know why he was the target. But having raised two teenage boys to adulthood, I know that there is almost always more to the story whether we ever learn what it is or not.

That is what I believe in this case as well. Could have been a girl thing too... But you can't be sure what it really was. 

I'm with you Ghost. Random crime is indeed a reality. But usually there is something in it for the perp...a new car, phone, computer...a random crime where someone attempts to stab/kill someone for no reason whatsoever is strange.Sounds like they were followed to me for the purpose of a personal attack..

When you consider this is a teen, red flags go up. 

AK-- I feel bad for your son and these kids. Maybe you should stop posting for awhile and let these "trolls" that are "harrassing" you find something else to do. 

This is just horrible! I hope the teen is okay. 

Well I send my wife there at times so regardless of what happened, I would hope that Rick Alspaugh might chime in on this because frankly....I won't be sending my wife there anymore until I can be assured that there is an element of security there or that facts come out that it was not random.
