I am not sure how true it is but when I was coming down Sorter Road to North Park I had to turn around because of an accident. Cars coming from that direction were saying it was a school bus accident with 2 fatalities. I couldn't see because it was too far down the road and the traffic was backed up so I am not sure if it is true or not.

I pray that it is not true and for all involved.

Does anyone know how to see if there is a report for this accident? 

Montgomery County Police Reporter says it was a single vehicle accident with one fatality. Will update if I hear anymore. 

Now stating it was 5 PHS students not wearing seat belts, 4 ejected, 2 fatalities, 2 life flights :( How horrible! This is just what is being said on FB, so can't verify 100%

Oh my..I was so praying it wasn't true.
How absolutely horrible. (where did the bus info come from). Just tragic.

A couple of weeks ago, 3 young men from Orangefield (Orange,Bridge City area) were killed in a car accident at 3 AM on a Friday night. None of them were wearing seat belts either. Wow..We gotta get the message out.

SO sad either way, even one life is too many :( Praying for their family, friends, and the first responders that were on the scene. 

I can't even imagine having to work a scene like that. Thank God for those that do. 

The bus accident I heard was on Fm 1314 near the high school, that it was overturned.

It is sad though when kids die. I am all for raising the driving age to 18, kids are to adventurous at 16 and have a lot of growing up to do 

I somewhat agree. The boys in Orangefield were 2 16 yo, and a 17.. But what on earth were they doing out at 3 AM..??
Happened on hwy 62 which is a little dangerous..but, still. 

Justcat, you may be referencing a different accident but the one discussed here happened at 3:30 this afternoon, not in the early morning...just FYI. 

I was talking about the one I posted about halfway up........the one in Orangefield.

Yes you are alone. These are children, not adults. Kids don't realize what can happen. They inherently still believe it couldn't happen to them. What a horrible thing to say when parents, grandparents and siblings are grieving. How heartless. 

Fox 26 reported one of the deceased and one of the survivors are brothers. 

I'm not heartless, I've lost a very large number of people to a variety of reasons. I've learned and accepted that Death is a definite part of Life.

Death is also not the end, everyone will see their loved ones over and over as time continues on. 

Then you should know not to say something so cold on a site where loved ones might see it.
