If he is using a state maintained database, that would be illegal whether he was current or former law enforcement. Records maintained by the state are used for law enforcement purposes only.

We did nothing illegal. I can assure you of that. We were just trying to catch a criminal, and we had all the hook-ups with my Uncle, and his co-workers ;) Reason why I winked, bc you do not know all of the facts. Ashley you really should be more discrete about the info you post. It sounds highly unethical for a retired member of the police force to use police data to retrieve personal info for his relatives. It doesn't matter if he is doing it himself or asking other current police friends to do it for him.

Aren't you the same gal who wanted to bring a foster child over from Russia or some such place and posted that your fireman husband was getting the firefighters to use the boot donations to fund it? Another highly unethical thing to do IMO. 

They actually didn't do the fill the boot. They told us they would, and then someone had an issue, so it didn't work out. So he worked over time, and payed it himself. He payed the rest to Bloom and a few of his friends donated. It all worked out :)
