Interesting that a search of the Kingwood resident's name brought up the homeowner in Northshore, part of Forest Cove. The home was valued at around $50k yet the homeowner was quoted as having more than $300,000 in revisions. Of course, might be a different person with the same name but tell me where in Kingwood on the San Jac River is a home with 6 bedrooms and an indoor swimming pool that's been around since 1979?

The house I know with 6 bedrooms and an indoor pool is neither of his. They have two homes. Neither is worth $300k. Not even the one on the river valued at $368k. I called my agent and he already sent me the MLS on it. LOL! It's right on top of the river and junky inside. Agent said he's been trying to sell it for 5 years at $200 a square foot! LOL

He must be making a killing on that house if the government has paid him 22 times. I bet he's a hardcore redneck republican by the looks of the dilapitated home.

There needs to be a change for repeatedly paying those in a flood area. Any normal person would move after a disaster like that! IDK what it could be but a Buy Out instead of paying out 10's of 100's thousands of dollars to them with each flood? I know of people in flooding areas that keep broken electronics, yard gear etc in the garage and bring them out when the adjuster arrives just to bump up their check. Not right at all! They are making a living out of it!

They're ignorant Hillary voters.

If you read the article, Harmon has owned the house since 1995. Government has been paying out on house since 1979.
