People in Trailwood are getting notices along with their annual HOA bill that says basically get rid of your Harvey debris or else? Whaaaaaaaat?! Some of the people got 5 ft of water! It has just been 12 weeks since Harvey hit us.
They are also telling people they need to get approval for any/all exterior repairs before they're done.
Seriously??? Now is not the time to act like self righteous a-holes. If they have Sterling Management sending these letters, I'd be blowing up their phones and email and attending the next HOA meeting to make myself heard. Trailwood needs to organize and get that HOA in line. I think Martha's Attic was on their board at one time. Maybe she can help.
The last CoH pick up Harvey Debris was Nov. 5-13th. Trouble was, you had to call and let them know you need pick up. No one knew that until nearly after the fact!
Now it is up to the homeowners or the contractors to get rid of debris. Sad. I drove through Woodstream and there were still piles, not large and numerous but piles to remind us they are still hard at work getting their homes repaired and back to normal.
