There aren't any. Just like everyone else Trump used the laws to reduce his taxes. Everyone tries to pay as little as possible legally. As far as the evidence has shown, yes, Trump is a bystander. Cohen has been convicted of actions before the trump administration. What is being investigated now is Cohen's claims of malfeasance. The LCD is cohen, not Trump.
