My DD just called me when she got to school. She saw a bad accident at North Park and the crossover at Wal Mart. She said that it looked like someone had pulled out of the Wal Mart and the motorcycle ran into the side of them. Please pray for the motorcycle driver.

THere may have been one outside the walmart, can't say yay or nay, I just know the one I pulled up on was outside the walgreens. it appeared a van and a motorcycle collided and he was thrown maybe. Either way prayers to all invovled in accident(s)

DD was traveling down North Park going to HWY 59. She thought it looked like the van had pulled out of the Wal Mart and the motorcycle was going the same direction as her and he hit the van. Who knows? She was a little flustered. 

She said that the van came out of the Wal Mart parking lot. 

Poor thing, I hope you daughter is ok..Seeing something like that is horrible. I hope the kid is ok as he had no helmet on. 

Thanks, I think she is fine. I hate for her to have to see things like this, but I think she needs to. I think it helps young drivers to think about what they are doing. I didn't know he was not wearing a helmet. I hope he will be ok. 

good point- you can't shield your kids from life or consequences-(not saying the boy was in the wrong)in general- 

I drove past the accident site immediately after it happened. People were pulling over and running to the site to help. It appeared that the van was pulling out of the Chevron Station to cross Woodland Hills and head south. She must have pulled out in front of the motorcycle driver as he was heading north on Woodland Hills. The force of the impact crushed the drivers side of the van at the back seat and smashed the entire front of the motorcycle. I opted not to stop because I had my granddaughter with me but there is no question that the injuries are severe.

Hi everyone. My son is good. We are at hospital getting splint on right wrist. Thanks for all the messages. He was wearing helmet, it was actually left in the mini van - thank goodness for that.. Things come in 3 ' s - praying this is it for us for awhile. I am also the one that posted about my husband' s lost Saint Michael necklace, then last night about our lost pom.
We didn't find the necklace, someone found the dog, and our son will be ok. Now we wait...
