This question is for women who have been through the fake boob process . My girlfriend wants me to buy her some new boobs but was wondering if it's going to have any affect on the feelings or sensitivity of them if they are fake. And if you have any other advice please share 

I don't know what's happened now a days, women are so fake with everything. Just being normal now just be yourself that's what men are attracted to so I don't want a woman with double D's and all that stuff you know what you can fit in your hand is perfect.

Talk her out of it. If she wants them she can pay for them. 

Why would someone take on the risks (um...death? Etc.) for something unnecessary and superficial?

Maybe you could convince her that she is beautiful and you love her the way she is.

Forgot to mention that as well. It's surgery. They cut you open. Surgery should be avoided whenever possible. 

Hmmm....speaking as a woman who has been contemplating this procedure, from what I have researched, how they insert the implant and how big the woman goes, can affect sensitivity.

Why anyone gets DD's, or bigger, is beyond me! Why get rid of one problem (small boobs) and trade it for another (back and shoulder pain, plus likelihood of losing sensitivity)?

I would never spend 6 grand on a girlfriend. Wait till after marriage. That being said, I like my wife's and she doesn't complain about sensitivity. If she is planning to have kids, they may have to be reworked though.

Depending on why the woman wants them, is what determines whether or not it's superficial. Some of us literally have nothing after having kids and wearing a padded bra so you look like a woman, gets old....it also makes wearing a swimsuit very difficult and embarrassing. So, there are legitimate reasons a woman would want implants. I don't see it any differently than someone getting their teeth fixed or losing weight. It's a self confidence thing...if you feel good about yourself, everyone wins.

I also believe if a woman wants them, she should pay for them herself. It should be something you do for you, not for someone else.

I wouldn't want anyone to buy mine....it would make me feel cheap. Like I'm getting them for sex or so someone else finds me sexy. I wouldn't do it for those reasons.

I wouldn't do it at all if I had my own naturally....lol. Being small before kids was fine....having nothing left after kids, not fine.

But, I am still on the fence about it. It is an invasive surgery...not sure if it's worth the risks.

I fully expect to get them once I reach the point where I have lost density. I am a full C and know what happens when you age. I hate surgery, but I don't want to be 50 and have no density left. I won't got over a C- I just want to look the way I do now forever. I understand someone who is an A wanting to be a B/C, but what I don't get is the women who want to look like they have implants. If you are a size 2, having DD breast is simply a cry for attention. They money should be invested in therapy instead.

To the OP- if you are not the husband, don't even consider it.

I had breast surgery but not for fake boobs and I will tell you, it alters a lot of sensation. Anytime you cut into anything, it changes the way the nerves connect.

I had my breast removed about 4 years ago and I have more sensation with my hardly A's. 

Everyone is different.

I had a reduction in 1999 and three kids after that, and no difference in sensation.
