I kept my eyes open and did not see one person with a pistol or rifle walking the streets. Even if they said you could carry anywhere without a license I would not do it. And I have lots of guns. Hell, I don't even like carrying a wallet.

The picture was taken in a Subway Restaurant in Austin yesterday and posted in the New York Times, but fuzz cropped the picture.

In the actual picture, the young boy is with his father and he (the young boy) has a toy pistol tucked in his waistband.

The caption for the picture reads:

"OPEN CARRY IN TEXAS: Andrew Clements, 36, carries an assault rifle as his son James, 6, wears a toy cap pistol inside a Subway restaurant Friday in Austin, Texas. They had attended a rally to celebrate the first day that guns can be openly carried in Texas. New York Times" 

I'm still trying to figure out how fuzz knows if the gun was loaded or unloaded.
