I completely agree with these coments from the State of the Union Address:
".? There are a whole lot of folks in this chamber ? good people ? who would like to see more cooperation, would like to see a more elevated debate in Washington but feel trapped by the imperatives of getting elected, by the noise coming out of your base. I know; you?ve told me. It?s the worst-kept secret in Washington. And a lot of you aren?t enjoying being trapped in that kind of rancor.
But that means if we want a better politics ? and I?m addressing the American people now ? if we want a better politics, it?s not enough just to change a congressman or change a senator or even change a president. We have to change the system to reflect our better selves.
I think we?ve got to end the practice of drawing our congressional districts so that politicians can pick their voters and not the other way around.
Let a bipartisan group do it.
I believe we?ve got to reduce the influence of money in our politics, so that a handful of families or hidden interests can?t bankroll our elections.?

The most positive thing about it is that its this POTUS' last one. 

He has raised so much money, it's ridiculous.

What we need is CONGRESSIONAL TERM LIMITS! Work in Congress for 6 years, then go out in the work force, get a real job and see how your laws affect the general population. Then, run again if you want to. 

Congressional term limits are a great idea, but we still need to legislation to prevent big business/special interest from buying candidates out; example, campaign finance reforms. However, the politicians we have don't seem to want that, it's money in their pockets. I'm talking about Republican and Democrats both. We did't get in this mess because of the actions of any President or party. I am so tired of all the "hate mongering" about parties and leadership. Politics has become so partisan that there is little effort develop constructive legislation for the good of the people. I hope some smart, honest people come up with ways to reform the political system. 

Obama's goal is to be the Secretary General of the UN. With all the apologizing he's done to the world for the US he could be a shoe in. You know with the Nobel Peace Prize and all.

What positive points? There were none! There have been no positive points in bo's presidency since he got into office. All he has done is tear down this country.
