Sure he does. Greedy Republicans, Wall St fat cats, white supremecists, Trump supporters and evil corporations poisoned the well of all the poor people out of spite. Everybody knows that LOL. Rachel Maddow said so.
"Republican" Michigan Gov. Richard Dale Snyder is an American politician, business executive, venture capitalist, and accountant who is the 48th and current Governor of Michigan. A member of the Republican Party, he assumed office as governor on January 1, 2011.
Plain & simple. Typical democrats for you. DVaz you are the plain and simple here.
It's beyond my comprehension why people stay in untenable situations. Well, lets see what you do if and when Lake Houston becomes like Flint, Mi.
When clean air and water is deregulated, this is what can be expected. Why do regular people vote for republicans?
You would think moving to another city in your own home state might be a tad easier....???
Usually they get here through humanitarian aid, or come here after selling everything they have. Are you saying that people in Flint should have to sell everything and move? It seems like you're victim blaming. Why don't they just move? Pretty crappy question. They've lived there possibly their whole lives, and it's not cheap to just move somewhere else. That's not even mentioning the fact that this was a once thriving community in America. Why should they have to up and leave? The problem should get fixed, the solution shouldn't be to make the area a ghost town.
What?? Immigrants from Mexico are coming here on hmanitarian aid?? LOL. No, they aren't. They come here and GET A JOB.
"Are you saying people in Flint should should have to sell everything and move?"
NO, I'm saying for 10 years this has been going on and it's not getting fixed, now is it? Their Water is poisoned. They shouldn't have to move but it might save their lives if they do. You pick the winning answer.
"Why don't they move? Pretty crappy question"
You think that's crappy bc you don't like me, it's pretty simple, and petty, and also wrong. Questions are good. And it's pretty basic in a case where people aren't getting a resolution. I suppose staying there and waiting til they fixed while you endanger your health is a better idea??
Yes it should be fixed, but is it?? And is it worth poisioning your kids?
Duh. But it's better than allowing your loved ones to be poisoned. Relocating is not the worst thing you can do, lol. People come here from foreign countries and can't even speak the language and they make it. Imagine that.
Why is it you people equate poverty with lack of intelligence? They're perfectly capable of planning a way to move- if it were me, I'd drive to another town, and find a job- if they've been good workers at their present job, they should be able to find a new one (with references from their previous bosses.) With decent credit, even get a small loan to move-
Netflix has a document-series on Flint and what happened in the city. So far, crime is a much bigger issue than the water problems. It's crime ridden and a budget cut required them to cut 2/3 of their police force...politics is what's ruined them, and mostly everything else.
