It was anything but " a little storm." It was torrential rain AND hail. It was wind and lightening and serious flash flooding.

Centerpoint doesn't have time, nor do they care, about people's income levels when there is power outages, traffic lights out and chaos. Smh

Preparing for more storms this week. Going to get the generator prepared. Hurricane Season starts in June. This is good practice. 

Its not that CenterPoint doesn't care about residential customers. The order of power restoration is from highest (132kv or more coming into Kingwood substation breakers) voltages to lowest which is residential feeds at about 1.2kv.

I bet it was her posts in other threads that got her iced. When they do that, I think it takes away all their current posts. I could be wrong but I think that's what happens. 

1) yes, there was hail in KW. I was driving in it on KW Dr near the High School around 4PM or so.
