Exiting from WalMart on to North Park is like playing Russian Roulette.

I always turn North, go up past the high school and turn right on to the boulevard. You have a left turn light if you want to go East on NP.

I was coming back into Kingwood around 2:45 from 59 and North Park was really back up - going east. Loop 494 was horrible. 

that's also because kingwood drive railroad crossing was closed 9am to 4pm. it should be open now so resume your normal activity.
