my daughter and I walked to the park in our neighborhood yesterday and a guy in his early twenties jumped off the playground equipment with his pants off and tried to pull them up before we got too close. I'm not sure what was happening and it freaked us both out. Anyway just posting this to make parents aware of creeps in our parks!

that's okay if you don't believe me, I just wanted to give other parents with children to beware of creepy men in their park. 

at about 530 yesterday evening, my daughter and I walked to the park in the front of our neighborhood, as we were getting closer a man jumped off of the playground equipment who had no pants or underwear on and put his pants on when he got on the ground. I asked him what he was doing up there naked from the waist down and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I did not walk up to him to talk to him, we were on the other side of the park from him. 

Hey you don't know... Maybe he self-identifies as a dog and he felt like using the park equipment as his trans-gender/species bathroom.

If it wasn't for the location of the incident being at a park/playground (which OP strangely chose not to name), it might be tempting to credit the weather for inspiring that sense of freedom.
