I just saw President Bush on NBC discussing his new book. Matt Lauer started the interview with several questions on President Trump and President Bush handled it with class as usual. President Bush told Matt that Trump has only been in office for a month and did not say any bad things about Trump.
He told Matt that yes if there is anything going on with Russians of course it should be investigated. I don't think President Bush wanted to answer several questions on President Trump. Five minutes later i look at Houston Chronicle online and the headlines gives impression that Bush was demanding answers on Trump. Houston Chronicle left out what Bush said when he defended Trump. I can't believe how fast the headlines made the Houston Chronicle (5 min). I remember the media when Bush was elected and it was bad but this President has been attacked by the press so much more. The book is wonderful.

It's really amazing how the left "distorts" the "facts" so quickly. By only using what backs their side and forgetting the rest. There are numerous examples of this everywhere. In fact, fuzz, you didn't really read what was written before you made your comment. Or you just chose to ignore it. Case in point: The FBI said to the Chief of Staff that the allegations in the New York Times paper about the Russian connection were over blown. Rather than go with that the press was upset that he asked the FBI to say to the press what they said to him. They totally ignored what the FBI said because it didn't fit into their agenda. The press leans so far to the left that they can barely stand up.

So, in your mind...one person leaving out something said during an interview is the same as a newspaper with thousands of subscribers leaving out something said in an interview. Doesn't quite seem the same to me but then I do forget the double standard that the left and democrats have. One set of rules for themselves and a different set for everyone else.
